EVERY SEED LINE IS DIFFERENT
Every seed that arrives on site is different — and we understand that.
Each batch is individually reviewed before processing begins. Our team assesses what's in front of them, adjusts the equipment parameters and settings accordingly, and works through the cleaning process with the specific requirements of that seed in mind.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach here. The settings that work for a canola line won't work for a pulse crop or a fine-seeded pasture variety. Getting it right means knowing your equipment, knowing your seed types, and taking the time to set up each run properly before it starts.

OUR PROCESSING STAGES
CLEANING & GRADING
Removes oversized and undersized material, dust, weed seeds, broken grain and lows-density seed for maximum germination and purity.
COLOUR SORTING
Precision optical sorting removes discoloured. diseased or misshapen seed- improving uniformity, appearance and market value.
GRAIN DRYING
Automated palletising with bag branding and shrink wrapping delivers a consistent, professional finish- ready for retail or export.
PACKAGING & PALLETISING
Our Vertec 6600 Grain Dryer conditions seed to ideal moisture levels, allowing faster turnaround after harvest without compromising quality.
SEED STORAGE
Temperature and moisture monitoring (OPI systems) with aeration fans ensures optimum storage conditions and full traceability.
DISPATCH
Pallets are securely loaded for transport, ready for prompt delivery to domestic and international destinations.
SEED TREATMENT
Fungicide and insecticide treatments applied by film coater to your specification. Customer or Seedtech-supplied chemistry. AgSafe accredited.
