Seed Processing
Our high capacity seed processing equipment is capable of cleaning a range of seed types. We specialise in temperate cropping seeds, canola, cereals, pulses, specialty crops and a wide range of pasture seeds.
We incorporate a fully computerised system with a range of high tech equipment using measured and calibrated machines in specific combinations depending on the seed type and application required.
Our equipment comprises the HEID Specific Gravity Table, CIMBRIA DELTA Screen Cleaner with aeration and interlinked twin HEID Rotary Indent Cylinders.
Seedtech has invested in a colour sorter, this machine has provided companies with the ability to have their product colour sorted and shaped. This then gives a more uniform seed product. We also provide customers with a Vertec 6600 Grain Dryer – a strategic investment to ensure crop production is efficiently dried, handled and ready for processing.
In addition Seedtech has an Automated Palletising system. This automation creates the branding, gluing and shrink wrapping of seed packed into bags then placed onto pallets.

We have the latest state of the art equipment to process, package and distribute quality seed lines and quality grain for export and human consumption. New seed treatments require precise accuracy of amounts and distribution of active ingredients during application .
Our state of the art Cimbria Centricoater and strict adherence to the Australian Seed Federation’s Industry Code of Practice make Seedtech Pty Ltd one of the first independent facilities in Australia to provide an exceptionally high level of service.
Seedtech has been instrumental in developing new seed coating technology and applying up to six different chemical products including insectides, fungicides, micronutrients, lime, innoculants and specialised polymer coatings to add value for commercial growers and enhance the visual presentation to the seed.
