Brushmaster™ Operation

The Brushmaster ™ Applicator consists of a polythene barrel, open at both ends, at the top side of which is a spreader plate, with the fibre disc, electric disc motor and nozzle mounted underneath.

Power for the disc motor is provided by two "D" size 1.5 volt torch batteries mounted in a housing on the barrel. A set of batteries will run the motor efficiently for at least four hours.

The Applicator is attached to the end of the auger feeding the seeder box, or at any other location where grain is falling prior to loading in to the seeder, by an adjustable chain connected to the top of the Applicator barrel.

Low Liquid Volume Rhizobia Inoculation System
A snap - on three metre long line feeds the inoculant liquid to the barrel from a 12 volt 2.5 amp pump mounted in a housing that clips on to the bottom of a purpose built bucket. A fully charged standard 12 volt auto battery will power the pump for many hours.
