Seedtech Pty Ltd has recently taken delivery of a modern mobile bulk seed grading machine. It features a Westrup flat bed screener, indent
length separation cylinder, a P.L.C controlled liquid seed coater and is complete with an intake auger and an out-loading belt.
This on-farm service will compliment our existing high capacity, high quality plant in Young and provide farmers in the region with the options required to meet
their broad acre cropping and pasture needs.
Cleaning Rates of up to 19 tonnes of wheat per hour can be achieved depending on the delivered sample, with 14 tonnes of wheat
per hour reached when grading and applying liquid seed treatments. This capacity will ensure that the job is done quickly with minimum
downtime on the farm.
The grader is mounted on a rigid chassis, long wheel base truck, and is fully equiped with a feed auger, a delivery auger for the seconds
and a delivery grain belt for the clean graded grain. Both will comfortably access the top of mobile field bins and the clean grain belt
will ensure all seed maintains a high quality standard.
