The heart of the Brushmaster ™ Applicator is the unique fibre disc that generates large numbers of droplets of a relatively constant
size when liquid is fed on to the disc as it spins at high revolutions. |

Being a controlled droplet applicator (CDA), the disc can therefore provide very even coverage of seeds with a small liquid volume.
Consequently, the recommended rate of liquid application is one to two and a half litres per tonne of seed.
Trials carried out across Australia during the last several years have demonstrated that inoculation at these rates using the Applicator
results in viable root nodulation of pulse crops at least equal to, and often better than that obtained using standard peat and granule Rhizobia inoculants.

Low Liquid Volume Rhizobia Inoculation System |

Inoculant application rates are governed by matching one of the three nozzles provided, to the grain flow rate. The CDA system is flexible enough that farmers do not have to be extremely
precise in measuring grain flow rates; an important consideration, because experience has shown that some farmers have great difficulty in accurately calibrating grain flow rates.
